I wish I could give them 1,000 STARS! I cannot recommend Polar Aire enough! After getting a dozen quotes, I decided to go with them for a full system replacement, and I am so glad I did.
Their pricing was very competitive and transparent from the start. They offered several options, and I felt I received incredible value for the highest-end equipment.
From the moment I called, the office staff was professional and attentive, making the scheduling process a breeze. They went above and beyond to fit me into their busy schedule and asked the right qualifying questions to address my individual needs.
Jason and the install team were a pleasure to have in my home. They were polite, punctual, and extremely professional. They treated my home with respect, took the time to thoroughly explain every component of the new system, and they completed the job in one day, and my mechanical room was the cleanest it had been in years. The attention to detail was very impressive.
What truly sets them apart is their dedication to customer satisfaction. The project manager (Tyler) is a great guy. He called a few days later just to ensure the new system was working perfectly and to answer any remaining questions and came by a week after install to run a quality check inspection.

Incredibly Easy Experience From Start to Finish!
Just want to share what an amazing, and easy, experience I had with Polar Aire! First, a technical professional came out to look at my (very old) AC unit and explained the problem with trying to repair it. He suggested I get an evaluation for replacement. Travis came out and looked at my current equipment, then sent me options for replacing. I scheduled the replacement and the two professional technicians (I really wish I could remember their names!) came out and replaced both my furnace and air conditioner. Just incredibly easy experience from start to finish! Everyone was so knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient, I literally couldn’t have asked for more! They know what they’re doing, there’s no pressure, and the best? They do what they promise when promised! I’m literally over the moon happy with their services and their professionals! Ten out of ten recommend Polar Aire for any/all your HVAC needs!

I had them come out and do an estimate on replacing my HVAC system. They did a great job and the prices were right on budget. We did end up going elsewhere due to a guarantee of no overages from the estimate, which Polar Aire does not do. But that is more because we had previous experience with the other company. I would recommend this company to others despite this. Their technician was open to all costs and concerns on their side and totally professional throughout. They deserve a second look from me and will get it in the future.
