Tyler's service was excellent—professional, informative, thorough, and effective. We appreciated how thorough he was in checking the furnace after installing the new induced draft motor. However, on Sat 12/31, Alex came out and diagnosed the problem with our furnace. We had just returned from a trip, and we could not continue with the work that evening. He said he would get the part on Monday and would call and come out to make the repair. He did not call on Monday and did not make the repair, which was written on the description of work. So in the afternoon, I called the office and Tyler came out and made the repair. The furnace seems to be working perfectly now. Sat Inder Khalsa
