We have been working with Polar Aire for a few years now and I can confidently say they are the best heating and cooling company I’ve ever dealt with. From the very first phone call to installs, maintenance, and upkeep—the entire experience is always seamless, professional, and truly impressive. Their customer service is top-notch—friendly, responsive, and always willing to go the extra mile to answer questions and explain options clearly. The technicians arrive right on time (and call first so you have a heads up), are consistently respectful of my home, and work efficiently while keeping everything clean and organized. Most importantly, the quality of their work speaks for itself. Our twice-a-year maintenance is always done well and keeps everything running smoothly. They also installed a new mini split system for us, and the difference in comfort and energy efficiency is incredible. They also took the time to ensure it worked effectively and came out numerous times to ensure we were satisfied with everything. They provided helpful tips for maintaining the system long-term. In an industry where it can be tough to know who to trust, Polar Aire stands out for their honesty, reliability, and expertise. Very few companies these days go this far beyond and above for customer service. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of heating or cooling services. You won’t be disappointed! We recently bought a 100-year-old home that we are renovating—and thus done a bunch of construction recently on the home with breakers being shut on and off. (This is foreshadowing—you know where this is going...) When we purchased the home, our inspector did write up that the AC would need some maintenance and possibly Freon—so when the AC wasn't cooling the home—we just assumed that was the issue. I got a recommendation from a friend for Polar Aire but was nervous because this unit needed to creep along a bit longer before we'd have budget for replacing it. Polar Aire sent out Tyler, who was so nice. After doing some inspection, he asked to see the breaker box. When he returned, he said the breaker was off and that's why it wasn't cooling the home. Ugh! Embarrassing. (On top of construction, I've had the electrical system upgraded recently so I should have considered checking that.) Tyler was awesome about it. He also did some of the routine maintenance at a really fair price, but his honesty on the breaker and advice on the longevity of the system convinced me to sign up for the yearly maintenance plan. It's hard to find trustworthy services, so wanted to share my story here for others to consider.

My daughter lives in a 100-year-old house and had her furnace go out recently. She’s on disability and unable to afford things like a new furnace. I’ve used Polar Aire myself for decades. I knew their service techs would be honest with me about what she really needed and not try to sell us things that weren’t necessary. I called after hours on a Friday evening, and the tech went to her house to check things out the next day on a Saturday. It was a mess, and she did need a new furnace. In addition, the flue pipes for both the water heater and furnace had rusted completely through and were not venting properly. Carbon monoxide had been going into her basement for heaven knows how long and certainly explained some of the health issues that she’s developed the past couple of years. Because it was such a dangerous situation, both heat and hot water had to be completely shut off. Polar Aire showed real concern because the temperatures were dropping below freezing. I received a fast estimate for the needed work. It was a very reasonable amount to get both her water heater and furnace safe and back on again. All the people I worked with over the phone were so patient to send me photos of what they found and answer all my questions about what my daughter was dealing with in this old home. They got her up and going on the Friday after Thanksgiving, and we could not be more pleased with how this all worked out. Thank you, Polar Aire, for being a company we can trust! I’ve worked with Tyler, Travis, Jason, and Kayla, and all really practice true customer service.

First, a technical professional came out to look at my (very old) AC unit and explained the problem with trying to repair it. He suggested I get an evaluation for replacement. I scheduled the replacement and the two professional technicians (I really wish I could remember their names!) came out and replaced both my furnace and air conditioner. Just incredibly easy experience from start to finish! Everyone was so knowledgeable, friendly and efficient, I literally couldn’t have asked for more! They know what they’re doing, there’s no pressure, and the best? They do what they promise when promised! I’m literally over the moon happy with their services and their professionals! Ten out of ten recommend Polar Aire for any/all your HVAC needs!

He diagnosed the problem and found one of the heat strips not wired in during the build. We will have to take it up with the owners of the building. Tyler didn't have an easy task getting to the unit through the ceiling grid and fought the situation at every turn. Not once did he complain about it. Maybe because I did for him. I'm going to use them for our shop's maintenance from here on out and I'm going to request Tyler as our maintenance tech. Very professional, and I feel he went above and beyond.
