| Preferred Customer Service Maintenance Plans |
- Check blower and clean. Oil blower and condenser fans, check amps
- Check all safety controls and electrical connections
- Wash condenser coils, use coil cleaner when required
- Check evaporator coils; clean if needed (when accessible)
- Check refrigerant charge using superheat method
- Check all temperatures and pressures
- Check compressor windings (mega ohms)
- Check thermostat.
- Check condensate drain and clean as needed
- Replace filters using high efficiency pleated filters (standard sizes only)
- 1st lb of refrigerant (per year) free, additional at discounted rate

- Oil blower assembly and motor
- Check blower motor volts and amps
- Check volts, amps, and oil inducer motor where applicable
- Check all safety controls and electrical connections
- Check burners, heat exchanger and crossover assembly; clean if needed
- Check pilot and pilot safety (or ignition assembly) clean as needed
- Clean flame sensor.
- Check combustion and flue draw
- Perform carbon monoxide test and check heat exchanger integrity
- Cycle heating, check and test over-all operation
- Replace filters using high efficiency pleated filters (standard sizes only)
- Start humidifier and check drain. Humidifier pad replacement additional.

- Routine Maintenance is scheduled during regular business hours, Monday thru Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.
- 1st additional service call 1/2 price. Additional service calls will be charged at regular rates, less $15.00 during regular working hours. After hours and weekend emergency service will be $25.00 off the regular overtime service call rate. M/A priority rates apply on all repair/replacement services.
- Repairs beyond the scope of the preventive maintenance are quoted at reduced rate; generally 15% below regular retail prices. Maintenance agreement customers are guaranteed priority in scheduling service calls.
